Ringworm:

This is a skin infection, signs to watch for are:

  • Circular patches of hair loss
  • This does spread to humans so if you notice anything on your cat check yourself.

You must see your vet who will prescribe cream/shampoo, this should clear up in 6 wks.

Feline Immunodeficiency Virus ( FIV)

This is an infection which destroys a cat’s immune system which leaves them prone to other diseases.

Signs to watch for:

  • Gingivitis
  • Weight loss
  • Fever
  • Poor appetite

These cats do have long periods of time where they show no signs of the illness, and can lead a normal life.

CATS INFECTED MUST BE KEPT INDOORS AS IT IS SPREAD BY BITING OR SCRATCHING OTHER CATS.

Testimonials

Leading a busy hectic life, finding Annette has been invaluable and gives me such reassurance that Zeb gets plenty of exercise, love and attention from Annette and her dog walking service when I need her! I find Annette very reliable, professional and extremely flexible and accommodating of our requirements but more importantly she loves Zeb and let’s him play with new friends! Which makes Zeb happy and me happy! Would highly recommend Annette to anyone.
